Market context

California STNA roles need cross-state credential fit

California healthcare employers continue to need nursing assistants for skilled nursing and long-term care settings, but this posting is notable because it requires a current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification. These roles can be competitive when employers prefer CPR certification and prior facility experience, and the listed medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and sign-on bonus benefits may help. Review whether your Ohio credential and experience align before applying; the job requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original description, saving you research time.
