The Street Outreach Program provides on-the-street services, including crisis and survival care and referral information to street youth in an attempt to increase their personal safety and encourage them to partner with us to leave the streets for a more stable living environment.
The Community Navigator engages homeless youth with the goal of increasing their access to community resources and natural safety nets. This position will assist homeless youth and young adults in crisis intervention, problem solving, action planning, and skill building, to address immediate life and safety issues, reduce the risk of sexual exploitation and abuse, and reduce or prevent incidents of homelessness.
Full time 35 hours per week. 35 hours per week. 2 evening shifts a week. Weekend availability required.
Pay Rate: $20- $21 per hour

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field with one year of experience, or an equivalent combination. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
