The Treatment Plan Nurse is responsible for delivering quality general and psychiatric nursing care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. They serve as an active member of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. 1-3 years’ experience required.
