How you’ll make an impact in this role Expertly inspect, assemble, and validate complex instrument sets, ensuring every tool meets rigorous quality standards and is ready for life-saving procedures. Operate advanced sterilization technology and perform meticulous decontamination according to IFUs to maintain a sterile environment and guarantee patient safety. Manage critical inventory levels and utilize tracking systems to ensure accurate, complete case carts are available for every surgical case. Drive clinical excellence by performing peer audits and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory protocols and quality monitoring systems.
Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association preferred. Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) preferred.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
