Perform new-patient evaluations & exams. Diagnose patients, evaluate physical activity limitations. Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date. Equip patients with PT intervention techniques & exercises, track progress. Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care. Establish a plan, goal, and timeframe for treatment. Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises. Measure and track intervention effectiveness. Educate the patient on continuing care. Other duties as assigned. Successful Candidates Must Have: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience in orthopedics and balance therapy is highly preferred. Certification(s) including pelvic floor, vestibular, or balance training preferred but not required. Location flexibility is vital. As we open new clinics in the area, our PTs may split time between the Collegeville clinic and future sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation. Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment. Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary. Positive and empathetic attitude, willingness to help patients in pain. Team player who can work in harmony with others.
