Your role: Licensed practical nurse – integrated healthcare
Reports to: RN Program Manager
Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Integrated Health Clinic, which provides primary and psychiatric healthcare services to individuals with serious mental illness and chronic health conditions. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
