Compensation: Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, relocation offered
Functional Medicine Training & Mentorship: Comprehensive onboarding, clinical mentorship, and ongoing training in Functional and Integrative Medicine—no prior FM experience required.

Requires an active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO with board certification in Family or Internal Medicine. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, along with a strong interest in preventive and lifestyle medicine.
