Remain available and responsive during overnight hours as needed Assist with morning routines (personal care, clothing, meals, and day program preparation) Implement established treatment and support plans Provide transportation to day programs as needed Support a safe, clean, and structured home environment Respond to and report health, behavioral, or psychiatric concerns appropriately Complete required documentation, including shift notes and behavioral observations Support and participate in fire drills and emergency preparedness activities Provide physical intervention in crisis situations when necessary Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, MAP, SOLVE, HR/DPPC) Attend trainings, supervision, and team meetings as assigned Ensure individuals are treated with dignity and in accordance with Human Rights policies
