Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice services. Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining. We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Nursing team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our community.

  • FTE (64hrs), 2:30PM-10:30PM What You’ll Do Assist in developing individualized care plans for residents Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, monitoring vitals, and routine treatments Operate and monitor medical equipment to assess resident health Observe residents and document health status, changes, and treatment responses Supervise and support caregiving staff to ensure adherence to care plans and protocols Advocate for residents by educating families, caregivers, and residents on care and wellness strategies Communicate resident condition changes to appropriate staff, providers, and families Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in EMR systems Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives What We’re Looking For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing CPR and First Aid certification Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to recognize and report changes in resident condition Effective communication skills for collaboration and education with caregivers, residents, and families
  • Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs
  • Preferred: Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and hold CPR and First Aid certifications. Experience in long-term care, geriatric care, and familiarity with EMR systems is preferred.
