This on-site, contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a specialized field while enhancing patient care within our community.

As a Urology NP or PA, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing urological conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide high-quality care. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and overall satisfaction while working in a fast-paced, dynamic medical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of urological conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assist in surgical procedures and provide post-operative care
  • Educate patients and their families about urological health and treatments
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

  • Diagnose and manage erectile dysfunction.
  • Provide management for kidney stones.
  • Treat male incontinence.
  • Conduct cystoscopic procedures.
  • Assist in surgeries as required.

  • Primarily an outpatient clinic with potential inpatient responsibilities if designated as Surgical PA.

  • Non-surgical PAs will operate exclusively within the outpatient clinic framework.

  • Collaborative engagement with MD/DO is expected for PAs; NPs will operate independently.
