What You'll Be Doing: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians Monitoring and documenting vital signs and medical information Collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care Supporting and educating patients and their families on health conditions and care plans Keeping detailed and accurate patient records Following hospital policies and procedures to ensure safe, quality care What We're Looking For: Active RN license in good standing At least 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities Current BLS and ACLS certification If you're looking for more than just a job - if you're looking for a place where your care makes a real difference - we hope you'll consider joining us.
