What You'll Do In this role, you'll provide thoughtful, patient-centered care while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Your day-to-day will include: Getting to know your patients through comprehensive assessments and personalized care planning Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care with attention to each patient's unique needs Monitoring patient conditions and keeping your care team informed every step of the way Administering medications and treatments with precision and care Documenting clearly and accurately to support continuity of care Partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes Educating patients and families so they feel informed, confident, and supported Stepping into leadership or charge roles when needed, helping guide and support your teammates What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is both skilled and compassionate: Education & Experience Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required) Medical/Surgical experience is a plus, but not required Licensure & Certifications Current RN or LPN license in the State of Kansas BLS (CPR) certification ACLS, PALS, and Trauma certifications (within 1 year of hire) We value diverse experiences-equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
