We are actively hiring Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for weekend shifts in the St. Croix Valley and Hudson areas.
$20.00–$28.00 per hour (premium pay for short shifts) Weekly pay with direct deposit Flexible weekend schedules Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid Sick & Safe Time (1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked) Travel time reimbursement One-on-one client care (no facility work) Ongoing training and career development HHA training & certification available Supportive leadership and clinical oversight What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Support clients with errands, appointments, and daily activities Offer companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Follow individualized care plans while promoting independence and dignity What We’re Looking For
Active CNA or HHA certification (required) 1+ year caregiving experience preferred CPR certification and negative TB test (or chest X-ray) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Ability to safely assist with transfers (up to 50 lbs) Strong communication and commitment to client care Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Preferred Experience
