We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide part-time in-home care for a child living with Cerebral Palsy. This role is centered on meaningful, hands-on support that helps a child stay safe, engaged, and active in everyday life while remaining in the comfort of home and community.

This position goes beyond routine clinical care. We are looking for an LPN who enjoys working closely with children and is comfortable blending skilled nursing support with play, learning, and community participation.
Providing skilled nursing care in a home setting within the LPN scope of practice Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Managing and supporting G-tube and related care Reinforcing therapy goals and interventions as directed by the care team Assisting with daily routines and age-appropriate activities Accompanying and supporting attendance at medical appointments Participating in community outings such as parks, libraries, and other local activities Providing one-on-one support during social events, including birthday parties and group activities Monitoring the child's condition and communicating changes to the RN supervisor, family, and healthcare team What We're Looking For
Current Wisconsin LPN license in good standing Pediatric experience preferred (not required, but a strong plus) G-tube experience preferred A patient, playful, and engaging approach to working with children Comfort supporting mobility and communication needs Ability to collaborate effectively with family members, physicians, therapists, and supervising RNs Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing routines and environments What Matters Most in This Role
