  • Shift: VariablePart-Time Residential Therapist (2 Openings) At Youth Haven Services, our mission is to support the healing and growth of children, adolescents, and families through empowerment and hope. Serving Rockingham County and surrounding communities, we are seeking two compassionate and motivated therapists to join our Residential Services team. These rewarding part-time positions (20 hours per week each) offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth with mental and behavioral health needs. Current Openings Residential Therapist (20 hours/week) Provide clinical services for youth residing in both of our residential group homes. Collaborate with residential staff and treatment teams to promote positive therapeutic outcomes. Residential Day Treatment Therapist (20 hours/week) Provide clinical services for youth enrolled in our Residential Day Treatment Program. Work closely with the treatment team to support skill development, emotional wellness, and successful treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy (when appropriate and approved). Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and reassessments. Coordinate clinical care and collaborate with treatment teams, DSS, MCOs, and community partners. Attend Child and Family Treatment Team meetings as needed. Assist with placement planning and coordination of outside evaluations and assessments. Document therapy sessions, clinical supervision, and assessments in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Master's degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • Mental health licensure (full or provisional: LCSW, LCSWA, LPC, or LCMHC). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic health records and standard computer applications. Preferred Two or more years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges. Knowledge of community resources and service systems. Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Human Services or a related field and a mental health license such as LCSW, LCSWA, LPC, or LCMHC. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
