The Clinical Therapist provides psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and various forms of therapy to help patients achieve optimal emotional health. Responsibilities include facilitating group and individual sessions and coordinating discharge planning with community resources.

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work preferred; mental health field required.
Current Washington State Licensure (Associate or Full). Masters Level with Agency Affiliated Counselor Licensure may be considered. Must obtain CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certifications provided by facility upon hire.
Preferred two (2) years, post-Master’s experience in a psychiatric health care setting. Direct experience in individual and family group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Direct experience managing a caseload of up to 14 clients. Skills and experience in community relations and group presentation. Skills and experience in group facilitation, group adaptation, and curriculum development.
