How you will make an impact

  • As a Therapist, you will be a lifeline for individuals and families facing some of life’s greatest barriers. You will:
  • Provide direct therapeutic services grounded in empathy and evidence‑based practice
  • Support youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, emotional and behavioral needs, and trauma histories
  • Strengthen families using a family‑systems approach that restores connection and hope
  • Offer clinical consultation and training to staff and partner professionals
  • Bring compassion, skill, and steady presence into homes, communities, and program environments

  • What you bring
  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Guidance & Counseling
  • Three years or more of experience in evaluation, assessment, and therapeutic intervention
  • Training or experience in CBT, TF‑CBT, and/or substance use disorder counseling
  • Professional licensure (LLP, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, or similar)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver’s license
  • Ability to meet all health and safety requirements (MDHHS clearances, TB test, physical exam)

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Guidance & Counseling along with professional licensure. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in therapeutic intervention and a valid Michigan driver's license.
