The Occupational Therapist provides evaluations and treatments to patients with functional or adaptive needs to improve their independence in daily living. They conduct assessments, establish treatment goals, and document progress while supervising COTAs and collaborating with care teams.

Experience in long-term care preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT interventions and rehab techniques. Communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational ability. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching.
