About the role

Provide comprehensive medical care and manage life-threatening conditions for critically ill patients in a 33-bed ICU. Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans and coordinate intensive care to improve patient outcomes.

Description

. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality critical care to patients in a fast-paced medical practice environment.

As a Critical Care Physician, you will play a crucial role in managing life-threatening conditions and coordinating intensive care for patients. Your expertise will be vital in leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of exceptional medical care. The role involves not only clinical responsibilities but also collaboration with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care for critically ill patients Assess and treat patients with acute medical conditions Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective care plans Perform procedures as necessary in intensive care settings Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care Participate in continuing education and professional development Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Relevant board certification in Critical Care Medicine Experience in a critical care setting is preferred Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and education Level III Trauma Center

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 7 on/7 off

Call Requirement: 2 days per month

Setting: 33-bed ICU

Daily Volume: 15-16 patients

Support Staff: APP and MD

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary

3-year partnership track
