Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to Veterans in accordance with VA standards and Joint
Commission requirements.
Conduct and document patient assessments accurately and promptly.
Administer medications, monitor responses, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in patient care planning and discharge coordination.
Adhere to all patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
(HIPAA/Privacy Act).
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (CPRS/VistA systems).
Respond effectively to emergencies and manage critical care interventions.
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and accountability at all times.

Candidates must hold a current unrestricted RN license and have at least 2 years of emergency room experience within the last 5 years. Current BLS and ACLS certifications, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening, are required.
