Assist the RN with initial assessments and patient reassessments per policy.
Identify and implement appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions.
Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments under RN supervision.
Deliver care based on patient response to treatment and update the interdisciplinary plan accordingly.
Assess and reassess pain; use appropriate pain management techniques and educate patients and families.
Perform all patient care tasks in a manner that promotes patient safety and reduces medical errors.

Applicants should have a current Ohio LPN or LVN license and graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. Additional requirements include:
Certifications: BLS required; IV certification with 6 months of hire required.
Experience: 6+ months LPN/LVN in Medical/Surgical preferred
