Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!
As a Therapist, you will perform various member care activities as directed by the Clinical Director.
You will be responsible for a caseload and will provide various clinical services, such as individual trauma and co-occurring therapy, and group trauma counseling.
You may conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments and develop a diagnosis from the information gathered in the assessment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning.
This role is responsible for maintaining communication between treatment team members, family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed.
