. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality medical care on-site, contributing to the well-being of our diverse patient population.

As a Locum NP or PA in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients in urgent need of medical attention. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and effective care. This position is vital to our mission of providing exceptional medical services, reflecting our commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

Assess and manage patients presenting to the emergency department Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians Provide education and support to patients and their families Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in emergency response drills and training Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Assist in a variety of procedures, as applicable

Requirements

Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent PA certification Current NP or PA license in good standing Experience in Emergency Medicine preferred Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Adherence to all safety and compliance protocols Current BLS and ACLS certifications
