Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse EndoScopy Location: Petoskey, Michigan Specialty: Endoscopy Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $2240 to $2680 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers). Local Pay Rate(Locals with 35 miles: $2240 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week Local Pay Rate (Locals b/n 35 - 50 miles): $2480 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week Travel Pay Rate: Range $2680 weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Endoscopy Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 8 Hours; Days, 6.30 am - 3.00 pm
Provide all aspects of Nursing care for patients in the assigned areas/units Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.” Participate in patient and family teaching Records information concisely, accurately and completely. Participates in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment. Other duties as assigned that fall within scope of practice and skillset and consistent with the purpose of job as directed by general and unit-specific competency-based objectives.
