Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an RN Labor & Delivery for a 13-week travel/contract position in Coos Bay, OR. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Position Name: RN Labor & Delivery Location: Coos Bay, Oregon Specialty: L&D Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $2880 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
L&D Shifts available: Nights Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00 pm – 7.30 am
Coordinates total nursing care for patients in the clinical setting for assigned units within the RN scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Provides teaching for patients and significant others. Participates in treatment team meetings and administers medication and prescribed treatments Exhibits critical thinking and problem-solving skills Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall care of the patient effectively.
Requires an ASN, Oregon RN license, and at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience with Fetal Heart Monitoring. BLS and NRP certifications are required, while BSN and EFM/STABLE certifications are preferred.
