Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Location: North Adams, Massachusetts Specialty: Med Surg Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $2412 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Med Surg, Tele Shifts available: Varied Shift timings: 8 Hours; 3p-11.30p and/or 11p-7.30a and 12 hour shift 7p-7.30a
Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care in alignment with hospital standards in the assigned units. Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.
Requires at least 2 years of Med Surg and Telemetry experience, along with a valid Massachusetts RN license. Mandatory certifications include BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, plus a current Covid vaccination.
