Position Name: Registered Nurse Cath Lab Location: New Lenox, Illinois Specialty: Cath Lab Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $3000 to $3200 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Assist as RN during the procedures: Cardiac catheterization, EP ablations, peripheral angiograms, cerebral angiograms, and TEE/Cardioversions. Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs. Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and discharge functions. Acting as the first point of contact for referrals and patients Attending patient consultations Performing initial examinations and patient assessments Making recommendations to the referring physician, the patient, and patient’s family under the guidance of the interventional radiologist Performing daily rounds and communicating patient progress to the medical staff and the radiologist Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
Requires at least 2 years of current experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology, along with an active Illinois RN license. Must hold BLS and ACLS certifications and provide proof of Covid vaccination.
