Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care in alignment with hospital standards in the assigned units. Monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, and document care activities accurately. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies.
Requires at least 2 years of Critical Care experience, including Vent, ICP, and Hemodynamic monitoring. Must hold a Massachusetts RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
