Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse CVOR Location: Saginaw, Michigan Specialty: CVOR Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: $3132 weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
CVOR Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 12 hours Shifts, Days, 7.00 am - 7.30 pm
Responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure, and maintains patient safety. Assesses the needs of the surgical patient and develops a plan of care specific for that patient. Implements and evaluates the plan of care during the procedure, and makes necessary adjustments keeping patient safety a priority. Documents care of patient during surgical procedures. Supervises activity in the room. Anticipates and coordinates any schedule changes for the room. Assembles equipment and supplies. Assists anesthesia as necessary. Monitors sterile field Communicates with patient, family, physician, OR team, supervisor/manager, and ancillary departments. Completes all charting and documentation in timely manner for hospital policies.
