Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN Med Surg/Tele for a travel contract in Owosso, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.
Position Name: Travel RN Med Surg Location: Owosso, Michigan Specialty: Med Surg, Tele, PCU Float Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $2016 to $2052 Weekly Gross pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Med Surg, Float to PCU/Tele Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 12 hours; Days, 7.00a – 7.30p
Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the assigned units (Med Surg) and float to MS/PCU/Tele as required Responsible for direction and guidance of patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing and the policies and operating instructions of the facility. Strives for superior performance by consistently providing a product of service to leadership and staff that is recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience. Must be accessible, flexible, knowledgeable, and responsive.
Requires an ASN (BSN preferred), a Michigan RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications from the AHA. Candidates must have 2 years of recent Med Surg experience, proficiency in telemetry, and the ability to pass a dysrhythmia test.
