Providers must be licensed in CT (with additional NY and MA licenses preferred) to work in the comfort of their home office or clinical setting to treat patients. The schedule will call for 9-hour shifts per week and must have weekend and evening availability. Providers will provide timely phone and/or video telehealth consultations exclusively to patients within the YNHH network.

Must hold medical licenses in CT (NY and MA preferred) and be board certified with PALS and ACLS certifications. Previous telemedicine experience is required and candidates must reside in CT, MA, or NY.
