You'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric population in their homes across Honolulu, creating and executing your own individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination — you focus on the patient in front of you. Shadowing is available if you're newer to home health or just want to see the model before committing.
