Position Name: Travel RN Supervisor Location: Radcliff, Kentucky Specialty: Psychiatric Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Full-time, Travel, Contract, Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay Rate: Range $2088 to $2160 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 36-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)
Inpatient mental health or behavioral health unit/s Shifts available: Days Shift timings: 12 Hours; Days, 7.00a - 7.30p
Provide all aspects of Psychiatric nursing care in the assigned units and float to other units as required Coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psychosocial, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. Provide care within assigned units, may float to other units if required Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and Develop and implement nursing care plans Admissions, Patient monitoring and charting Collaborate with other medical staff for patient care planning and administration Paper charting, HCS for Orders, Omnicell for Meds, Ratio: 1:6-8
Requires a Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of experience in acute psychiatric or behavioral health nursing, including adolescent experience. Must hold an ASN (BSN preferred) and BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
