We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating specialty referrals, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient clinical services preferred. Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills. Must be authorized to work in the United States. U.S. Citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) are encouraged to apply.
