We are looking for a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to join our behavioral health patient care team in our brand new clinic in Waxahachie. The ideal candidate will value a team based approach to patient care, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Behavioral Health Clinician provides direct counseling and support to patients referred by Hope Health providers. This role includes delivering evidence-based therapy, offering crisis intervention, and partnering closely with our primary care team to provide integrated, whole-person care.
Requires a Master's degree and an active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license to practice in Texas. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
