Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Fahrman Center, a 42-bed residential treatment facility providing inpatient addiction treatment and restorative justice services for adult men and women.
In this role, you'll provide direct support to residents by promoting recovery, encouraging positive behaviors, assisting with daily living activities, and helping maintain a safe, structured environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys making a meaningful impact while working as part of a supportive team.
Because Fahrman Center is a co-ed facility, program requirements mandate that both male and female staff are on-site at all times. We are currently seeking a male Adult Residential Support Professional for this shift.
