MyMichigan Health has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing and collaborative Cardiology team serving communities throughout Michigan's rural Thumb region. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide outpatient cardiovascular care across multiple practice locations while working alongside experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Primary practice locations include: Caro Community Hospital 2050 E. Caro Road Caro, Michigan 48723 Sanilac Medical Plaza 100 W. Argyle Street, Suite 4 Sandusky, Michigan 48471 Additional travel to other regional locations may be required as needed. Opportunity Highlights Full-time employed position Monday through Friday schedule Day shift; 8 am - 5 pm No call responsibilities Primary out patient practice Robust onboarding and training program EPIC EMR system Patient volumes average approximately 12 to 18 patients per day, allowing providers to build meaningful patient relationships whuile maintaining a balanced schedule.

Required Education: Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Experience in cardiology is preferred; however, motivated new graduates with a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine are encouraged to apply.
