Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans to help patients regain independence in daily living. Document patient progress and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff.

Qualifications Associate’s Degree from accredited OTA program. Current state license. Experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT activities. Ability to follow OT instructions. Strong communication skills. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lifting, standing, walking, bending. Healthcare and LTC facility environment.
