Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT to help patients regain independence in daily living. Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, instructing patients on adaptive equipment, and documenting progress.
Carry out OT treatment plans. Instruct patients in adaptive equipment and self-care. Document services and report progress to OT. Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff. Qualifications Associate’s Degree from accredited OTA program. Current state license. Experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT activities. Ability to follow OT instructions. Strong communication skills. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lifting, standing, walking, bending. Healthcare and LTC facility environment.
