Operating MRI equipment as per physician orders and established protocols, the technologist ensures accurate, timely imaging for diagnostic purposes. Competently perform MRI scans as requested by physicians and radiologists, ensuring accurate results.

Transfer images to the reading radiology group for diagnostic review.
Conduct daily and weekly quality assurance (QA) checks on MRI equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Report any issues with imaging equipment promptly and follow through with necessary service or maintenance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging rooms and equipment to adhere to safety and infection control standards.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards, including the proper handling of contrast media.
