Description Position Overview The Alumni & Family Coordinator supports the site-specific execution of alumni and family programming. This role maintains relationships with current and former clients, coordinates events, and assists with AMA-blocking interventions in collaboration with the clinical and admissions teams.
Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day alumni/family communication and programming.
Coordinate in-person and virtual events under the Manager’s guidance.
Track participation and outcomes at the site level.
Facilitate family engagement touchpoints during discharge and aftercare planning.
Build relationships with alumni and families to encourage community involvement and referrals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: 1–2 years in behavioral health, alumni relations, or family support role
