Full-time, 100% FTE, day/evening shift. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin. BLS certification is required within 3 months of hire, and 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
