RN - Registered Nurse - ICU - PRN SHIFTS VARY
Under the leadership of the Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, and/or Charge Nurse, is responsible and accountable for planning, directing, assessing and providing nursing care according to the mission, philosophy, policy and procedures of Barstow Community Hospital.
Important dimensions of this position consist of demonstrating and communicating exceptional knowledge and skill through a high sense of responsibility for his/her practice.
The nurse is effective as a role model/leader, educator, and provides support in the mentoring and retention of nurses
Pay $48.00 - $76.07 Per Hour
