• Schedule: Flexible options available We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boynton Beach, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This position is ideal for a PT who enjoys active patient care and wants to help people improve how they move, work, exercise, and function in everyday life. You will treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, pain-related limitations, reduced range of motion, weakness, and balance concerns. Each plan of care will be built around patient goals and measurable progress.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop outpatient orthopedic care plans Treat musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative cases, and mobility limitations Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance work, and functional rehab Track patient improvement and revise treatment plans as needed Provide patient education for home exercises and safer movement Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401K with company match 21 days PTO Start your next Physical Therapist opportunity in Boynton Beach and help patients build strength, mobility, and independence.
