Perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties for outpatients under the supervision of a licensed provider. Assist the care team in delivering outcome-based patient care using a team-based approach.
Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assisting and/or certification as a Medical Assistant or completion of a Paramedic degree or certification program. BCLS certification from the American Heart Association required within three months of employment date.
No experience required. Given training and on-the job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of job within three months of employment date.
