As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions.

Your Role: Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and patient education Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in the applicable state New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Competitive compensation ranging from $25-30/hr Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Student loan reimbursement program Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-paid life insurance Additional voluntary benefit offerings Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel between clinic locations during the workday Workplace Experience & Perks Opportunity to gain experience across multiple outpatient clinics and rehabilitation programs.

Requirements

Requires an associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and current or eligible state licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong clinical and communication skills.
