Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence Accurately document patient progress and treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide outstanding patient care Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Michigan PTA license (or eligible) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply! Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a current Michigan PTA license or be eligible for one. Strong communication skills are required, and experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
