Description Primary Care Physician COMPENSATION: Salary $250k plus Incentive Bonus’

Required Qualifications: Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License DEA No Residents Fellowship training in Geriatrics (preferred, not required)
