Kentucky allied health roles need certified lab skills

In Kentucky, allied-health laboratory roles are typically driven by steady demand in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic settings that need staff who can meet CLIA 88 standards and follow regulatory procedures. These positions are competitive because employers often look for a baccalaureate degree plus MLS, MT, or MLT (ASCP) certification or eligibility within one year. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification timeline and prepare examples of compliance-focused lab work.
