Provide care and companionship to residents by assisting with showering, dressing, and toileting. Manage resident needs through redirection and empathetic engagement while coordinating with the team.
As a caregiver at Heritage Pointe, you will provide care and companionship to our residents. Every day with our residents will look a little different, but in general, you will assist residents with showering, dressing, and toileting; accompany residents throughout the building and to events; and redirect residents who need reminders to take care of themselves or interact appropriately with others in our community.
Mandatory Requirements
Pass a Live scan Background Check for California Department of Social Services.
Pass a pre-hire drug screening (non-THC), TB test, and physical.
Must be available one weekend day a week.
